I think that place is probably good at getting the tourist but no one would go back twice

In sum, way overpriced for an unpleasant experience. My husband was in a separate room and had the same issues so it seems systemic and not just the person.

Worst colorist, does not know what they are doing. I left the hair salon with worse hair than I came in. Still had split ends after getting inches cut off.

Went to the salon for facials with my husband. There are treatment rooms, but I would not characterize the establishment as a spa. There is no place to change into robes and relax beforehand. You wait in the salon.

The most disappointing part was that it was rushed, choppy and not relaxing at all.

Moreover, our facials were delayed even though we were early. The 50 minute facial for me was 30 minutes. The same time applied to my husband's facial and paraffin wax for his hands.

Great massage but disappointing experience - I went here because I had a gift certificate. It falls very short of the "spa experience" that I was hoping for - no sitting area, locker room, etc. The massage itself was very good but, through no fault of my own, I was taken back about 10 minutes late and was not given an extra ten minutes. So while I booked a 50 minute massage, I was only given 40. It was rushed and I definitely felt it. There are showers and robes in the rooms but the therapist did not offer using either but made it seem as though the room was needed right away when she offered to meet me in the hall as soon as I dressed. When I mentioned the time being shortened at checkout, the attendant said if I hadn't already paid, she would have discounted it. When I mentioned using the certificate, she acknowledged that it was not my fault that I was taken back late, apologized and stated that they were booked back-to-back but made no further offer to make amends. In my opinion, the treatments are significantly overpriced for the services and facility. I suggest trying Park West in Canandaigua or, for a drive, but FAR superior spa experience go to the Del Monte in Pittsford.

I was interested to see the reviews about the time being cut short. It happened today as well. I had booked a 50 minute massage, but received a 40 minute massage.

Unfortunately my husband and myself did not have a great experience. We were not taken up to our massages until after the start time. You could tell they were running behind because our 50 minute massage was crammed into 35 minutes. The massage was not relaxing at all, it was very fast and inconsistent with pressure. For the price you pay you would think you get the full time and experienced therapist but this was not the case.

As I was leaving someone was complaining about a hefty charge for taking off no chip nail polish
