THEY are an excellent place to call when you need dependable service when your large appliances seem to have died. They come right away if you really need it (i.e. refrigerator is dead, or washer is dead and you just started the week's laundry) and will also tell you whether or not the machine can honestly be fixed. I thought my dryer was totally dead, but they just laughed, repaired a belt, and in ten minutes, it was working! the man was great, and told me it would last longer than the washing machine i'd bought recently.
This company has the BEST service man I have ever met. He can fix ANYTHING!!! However, the owner insists that they ONLY service what they sell. I have had them service many of my appliances that I purchased elsewhere over the last 20 years, but last week when I called for service on a dryer, the owner ARGUED with me that they only service what they sell. Furious, I hung up on her. If she insists on argueing and openly turning away potential customers, that is a mistake. A HUGE mistake.
