I love the staff, they are all kind, caring and compassionate. I no longer fear going to the Dentist. Dr Lisa is amazing and the follow up call really rounds out the whole package. It's like visiting with friends.

Christine, my hygienist, is amazing! I had my son with me and she took the time to show him all the crazy tools she had to use for my cleaning. My only complaint is with reception. The receptionist is very short and seems rude at times when you're asking questions. My family has also had trouble with her sending paperwork in to our insurance company as well. We don't mind sending the paperwork ourselves if it's too much of a hassle but are always "assured" that they can do it electronically, however, the last couple appointments it has taken a month or more for the paperwork to be sent in so we can be reimbursed.
Dr. Lisa fit me in to her already full day when I called needing help. I received the help I needed. Found the Doctor and her staff very compassionate and caring. Would recommend Lake Country Dental anytime to anyone.
