I had the good fortune of having both Dr. Matt Prindle and Dr. Christina Prindle provide dental services to me. They made sure that I had a pain-free experience from start to finish. Dr. Ed Prindle is a very nice man. Good dentist and seems to truly care for his clients. However HIS WIFE also his secretary is another subject. She is RUDE UNKIND, DISRESPECTFUL, and has horrible people skills. When she has a bad day the whole office does as well as the clients. It is unfortunate that she works at the office. She should stay home or in the back room. She should not greet or answer phones other wise they will lose other business. I am not the first to complain about this. But we are unable to let the doctor know because she fields his calls. I can not express how truly disappointed I am in her. I am so disgusted with how she treats people and is able to get away with it simply because her husband owns the business. I am someone with no dental insurance and need to know of cost head of time so I can budget for them. This is a HUGE problem for her. She told me she doesnt have time to get me those prices, it would take to long. That is unfortunate. Times are hard in this economy and more and more people do not have dental insurance and need to prepare for the cost when there is dental work to be done. I will never return again.
