Simply the best! Have recommended him to several friends and family and they love him too.
I've had been to him.for 15 years. If I in pain he'll try to get you in if he can that day. Or the next day.
Kind and gentle dentist. I moved a few years ago and haven't found a better dentist yet. I'm almost willing to take the 2 hour drive just to see him. Gave 4 stars only because of the staff- they're not the most dependable when it comes to responding to patients, but Dr. Hersini is wonderful.
Uninterested, minimal communication, will not go back.
2 stars...The overall experience of a dentist for me personally has always been a tough one. Dentist are lazy and cruel and this office has that attitude from your first visit to your last. Dr Hersini is kind man but really doesn't separate himself from every other dentist around. Never works weekends and your emergencies will be taken care of when he's ready. This lack of compassion really turned me the wrong way. More than that even the receptionists are lazy and snotty. Multiple times I left messages that were not returned and had to call and ask them why they hadn't called. When you sit in the waiting room they sit and talk and luagh. Pretty much all you do is answer a phone and type in a computer and you can't even do that in a timely manner. I look at this office and see the problem. The leader is lazy and inconsiderate. That attitude leaks from him all the way down to the smallest spot on the totem pole...the receptionist. I gave 2 stars for the 2 dentist that worked in my mouth. Neither of wich work there anymore.
