Completely unprofessional. would never go back.
I'd prefer they get 0 stars. I recently got a king size bed from them. It took 2 guys to get it upstairs to my room. I recently suffered 3 herniated discs in my neck, resulting in a pinched nerve in my arm. What do they do? Send one guy to get the bed out of my house! Completely absurd! Inconsiderate!
